Feishu plugin

The Feishu plugin is superun’s foundation for the Feishu Open Platform. After enablement, you can connect Feishu accounts, org structure, group messages, bot notifications, calendar, and tasks to your product. Feishu is organized as a base plugin + sub-capabilities: the base plugin stores app credentials and login; sub-capabilities are enabled per scenario. You do not need everything at once.

Capabilities

Before you start

  • Feishu Open Platform admin access.
  • An enterprise self-built app with App ID and App Secret.
  • A published superun domain for callbacks and secure domains.
  • Open permissions for each sub-capability and publish a new app version.
Login-only setups usually need the base app and login permissions. Tasks, calendar, and other sub-capabilities add permissions when you enable them.

Sub-capability permission quick reference

After applying for permissions, create and publish a new version. User-scoped permissions (tasks, calendar, etc.) require users to re-authorize.

1

Enable the Feishu base plugin

In Build → Skill Library, enable Feishu and enter App ID and App Secret.
2

Validate Feishu login

Login establishes identity and authorization for user-level sub-capabilities.
3

Enable sub-capabilities by scenario

Add messaging, calendar, tasks, or contacts as needed — base credentials are reused.
4

Publish and test on Feishu

Publish a new version when permissions change; user-scoped features need re-consent.

FAQ
