Troubleshooting

Cannot type or send button is disabled

• Input does not accept text
• Send is gray and not clickable
• Toast says insufficient Compute Credits when sending

• You can still type when balance is low
• Send shows an insufficient Compute Credits toast
• Fix： Top up, then send normally

1. Finish initial demo： Early-stage projects need Generate demo completed before chat edits
2. Consultation in progress： While consultation runs, Send is disabled — wait until it finishes before main-flow messages

Case 1: Insufficient Compute Credits
1. Check balance (top-right)
2. Top up if needed, then send

Case 2: Cannot type or send gray
1. If demo not done, click Generate demo
2. Wait for demo completion
3. If still broken, clear cache and retry
