Input Box Cannot Input or Send Button is Gray

Symptoms:
  • Input box cannot input text
  • Send button appears gray and cannot be clicked
  • Toast prompt shows “Insufficient credits” when sending
Solutions: Case 1: Insufficient Credits
  • When credits are insufficient, you can still input content
  • Clicking send will show a toast prompt “Insufficient credits”
  • Solution: Top up credits to send normally
Case 2: Input Box Cannot Input or Send Button is Gray
  1. Complete Initial Demo: If the project is still in initial stage, you need to check “Generate Demo” first, and can only modify through dialog after completion
  2. temp-consult Forward: If in temp-consult, you can directly forward to main flow dialog without adding any text
Steps: 
Case 1: Insufficient Credits
1. Check credit balance in top right corner
2. If credits are insufficient, top up to send normally

Case 2: Cannot Input or Button is Gray
1. If project hasn't completed demo, click "Generate Demo"
2. Wait for demo completion, then you can dialog normally
3. If still not working, clear browser cache and retry
