Session errors after Credits top-up

Session errors after topping up Credits? Check logs → use Fix → retest. Fix steps:
  1. Check logs: Review system logs to confirm specific error after Credits top-up
  2. Use Fix: Click the Fix button in superun to handle the error state
  3. Retest: After fixing, retest to confirm session continues normally
Prevention:
  • Check account status before topping up
  • Wait for system sync after topping up (usually a few seconds)

How to Save Credits

Symptoms:
  • Simple modifications consume too many credits
  • Repeated fixes consume large amounts of credits
Solutions:
  1. Use Manual Edit: For style adjustments, use the “Manual Edit” feature (zero credit consumption)
  2. Use consult mode: Use “consult mode” during planning phase (free)
  3. Use Fix Feature: When encountering issues, first use the “Fix” feature (free)
  4. Invite New Users: Inviting new users to complete demo can earn 20 credits reward
  5. Avoid Repeated Modifications: Stop immediately when issues are found, avoid consuming credits in wrong direction

Insufficient Credits and Service Shutdown

Symptoms:
  • Insufficient Credits balance, cloud service automatically shut down
  • Project content appears empty after login
  • Unable to use system functions normally
Solutions:
  1. Top up Credits: Top up Credits in the Account Information page
  2. Automatic recovery: After topping up, the system will automatically restore the service
  3. Manual recovery: If the service still hasn’t recovered after topping up:
    • Click the Repair button below the dialog box to let the system automatically fix
    • Go to Operations → Publish, click Update to republish the project
Important Notes:
  • Overdraft limit: The system provides a 50 Credits overdraft limit, allowing continued use for a period when Credits are insufficient
  • Data retention: If the Credits balance (including overdraft limit) is completely exhausted, the system will no longer retain project data
  • Data recovery: To recover data from a suspended project, you need to contact customer service (support@superun.com) and pay a data recovery fee
Prevention:
  • Regularly check Credits balance to ensure sufficient Credits to maintain service operation
  • Pay attention to insufficient Credits reminders (SMS, etc.) and top up in time
  • Understand cloud service pricing standards and plan Credits usage reasonably
  • It is recommended to maintain a balance of at least 50-100 Credits to ensure stable service operation

Cloud Service Pricing

Pricing Standards:
  • Each published project has a fixed fee of approximately 3.18 Credits per day (approximately 95.4 Credits per month)
  • For projects with superun Cloud enabled, Edge Function invocations incur an additional 0.02 Credits per thousand calls
  • Cloud storage is billed based on actual usage; see Pricing for details
View Fees:
  • You can view detailed billing information in the Account Information page under Usage Records
  • You can view the time, amount, and purpose of each deduction
Estimate Credits Consumption:
  • A small published application costs approximately 170 Credits per month in total (including compute, cloud services, and cloud storage)
  • It is recommended to maintain a balance of at least 100 Credits to ensure stable service operation

Top-up Display Delay

Symptoms:
  • Credits balance display is inconsistent after top-up
  • Top-up record is displayed, but balance is not updated
Solutions:
  1. Wait for sync: After completing the top-up, the system needs a few seconds to sync, please wait a moment
  2. Refresh page: Refresh the browser page to check if the balance has been updated
  3. Check records: View top-up records in the Account Information page under Credits Details to confirm if the top-up was successful
  4. Contact support: If the Credits haven’t arrived for a long time, please contact support@superun.com
