New User Bonus: New users receive 50 Credits (valid for 1 day)Daily Check-in: Daily login automatically gives 10 Credits, with a monthly cap of 40 Credits (no manual check-in required). Daily check-in Credits are valid for 1 day. If the displayed Credit amount is not a whole number (e.g., 9.88), it may be due to previous outstanding balances. Session Details
The Session Details section displays detailed information about your AI conversations and interactions:- Session Records: View all timestamped AI conversation sessions
- Credits Consumption per Session: View the number of Credits used in each conversation
- Model Usage: Track AI models used in each session
- Feature Usage: Monitor Credits consumption for different features and operations
You can filter and search spending details and session details to analyze your usage patterns and optimize Credits spending.

superun uses Credits as a unified unit of consumption across all features. The system does not bill separately for AI or other features, but directly deducts from your project’s Credits balance. Credits may be used for:- Using AI conversations and automated workflows
- Generating or regenerating interfaces and design options
- Executing operations with higher resource consumption (clearly marked in the interface)
- Using various integrations (such as superun Cloud, superun AI, Stripe, superun Image Generation, etc.). The actual usage costs are converted to Credits and deducted from your project balance.
Cloud Service Fee Standards
superun Cloud uses hourly billing, and fees are deducted from your Credits balance:- Cloud Service Fee: Approximately 0.09 Credits per hour
- Daily Fee: Approximately 2.16 Credits (24-hour operation)
- User Volume Impact: Different user volumes have no impact on Credits consumption. Cloud service fees mainly depend on runtime.

AI Call Fees
- superun AI: Credits are deducted based on the actual number of tokens used. Each call fee varies depending on the length and complexity of the conversation content.
- superun Image Generation: Credits are deducted based on the actual number of tokens used. Each image generation fee varies depending on the image specifications and complexity.
- Note: AI call fees are deducted in real-time based on the actual token consumption. You can view detailed fees for each call in Account Information - My Credits - Consumption Details tab.
superun Cloud Storage Fees
- Data Storage: Data storage incurs fees
- Read/Write Operations: Both data read and write operations incur fees
- Note: Cloud storage fees are deducted based on actual usage (storage space and read/write operations). You can view detailed fees in Account Information - My Credits - Consumption Details tab.
Credits Insufficient Handling Mechanism
When your Credits balance is insufficient, the system will automatically shut down cloud services to protect your data. Handling methods are as follows:Before Service Shutdown
- Overdraft Limit: The system provides an 10 Credits overdraft limit, allowing you to continue using for a period when Credits are insufficient
- Reminder Mechanism: When Credits are insufficient, the system will remind you to top up in time through SMS and other methods
After Service Shutdown
If your cloud service is shut down due to insufficient Credits, you can restore it through the following steps:- Top up Credits: Top up Credits in the Account Information - My Credits page
- Automatic Recovery: After top-up is completed, the system will automatically restore the service
- Manual Recovery: If the service is still not restored after top-up, you can:
- Click the Fix button to let the system automatically repair
- Go to Operations → Publish and click Update to republish the project
⚠️ Important Notes:
- After service shutdown, if the Credits balance (including overdraft limit) is completely exhausted, the system will no longer retain project data
- To recover data from a suspended project, you need to contact customer service (support@superun.com) and pay a data recovery fee
- It is recommended to regularly check your Credits balance to avoid data loss due to unexpected service shutdown
Invite Friends to Earn Credits
You can earn 20 Credits by inviting friends to use superun. The specific process is as follows:- Get Invitation Link: Find your exclusive invitation link in account settings or homepage.
- Share with Friends: Send the invitation link to friends who want to try superun.
- Friend Completes Registration: Friend completes registration through your invitation link.
- Friend Completes Demo: Friend needs to complete the following steps:
- Enter requirements in superun
- Generate four style options
- Select one style and complete the demo application
- Earn 20 Credits: When your friend completes the demo, you will automatically receive 20 Credits.
Refund Policy
- Within 14 days of purchasing Credits, if Credits have not been used, you can apply for a full refund.
- Between 14 and 90 days after purchase, you can apply for a refund, and we will deduct 5% as payment channel processing fees before refunding.
- Credits purchased more than 90 days ago can only be converted to equivalent vouchers.
- Refund Processing: After a successful refund application, all Credits in your account will be cleared, including Credits obtained through top-up and Credits obtained through activities.
⚠️ Important Note: After a refund, if your Credit balance is insufficient to maintain cloud service operation, your project may be suspended. Please carefully consider your refund decision.
Credits Validity Period
- Credits obtained through paid methods are permanently valid with no expiration date.

Credits from Registration and Login:
- 50 Credits given to new users upon registration are valid for 1 day
- 10 Credits given daily for login check-in are valid for 1 day
- Credits obtained through activities, invitation rewards, and other non-paid methods are valid according to the terms stated at issuance, usually 3-6 months.
- If your account has no activity for 12 consecutive months, we will notify you in advance through multiple channels; when there is a balance in the account, the balance will not be cleared.

- You can top up Credits at any time in the interface, choosing the top-up plan that suits your needs.
- You can top up anytime—there are no setup fees, and the payment process uses secure mechanisms.
