The Message Center is superun’s unified inbox for notifications and reminders. It groups system notifications, collaboration invites, order alerts, credit changes, and revenue records in one place—organized by date and by type—so they no longer get scattered across the product.

What it is

The Message Center is superun’s unified notification hub. Before it existed, alerts from different modules lived in popups, banners, toasts, and per-page headers. Now they all flow into a single entry point, helping you never miss important items without interrupting your current work. The Message Center comes in two forms:
  1. Standalone page: the full message list at /message-center.
  2. Top notification panel: a floating panel triggered from the navigation bell—great for quick scans and actions.

Where to find it

You can open the Message Center from:
  • Home / global header: the bell icon (with an unread badge) in the navigation → opens the top notification panel.
  • Project detail page: the project’s notification entry is now an inline floating panel—no full-screen overlay, no interruption.
  • Account menu: avatar in the top-right → Message Center, which opens the full standalone page.

Layout

The standalone page uses a two-column layout:
  • Left categories: grouped by message type, each showing its unread count.
  • Right list: messages under the active category, grouped by date (Today / Yesterday / This Week / Older, etc.).
The floating top panel is a compact view: it shows the most recent messages with a “View all” link to the standalone page.

Read / unread rules

  • Unread messages are highlighted and contribute to the bell’s unread count.
  • Tapping a message automatically marks it as read and decrements the count.
  • Important messages persist: pending collaboration invites, order alerts, etc. stay highlighted until you complete the corresponding action (accept / dismiss / handle the order). They are not auto-hidden just because you glanced at them.

Message types

The Message Center supports common types (exact wording follows the current product version):
TypeDescription
System notificationsPlatform announcements, service changes, safety advisories
Collaboration invitesProject / workspace invites you can accept / decline in-place
Order alertsTop-up orders, refund progress, gift-card redemption, withdrawal progress

Instant button response (Recharge / Open / Join)

Buttons inside message cards—Recharge, Open Project, Join Collaboration—are now instantly responsive:
  • A click triggers the navigation or dialog immediately, instead of blocking until the backend responds.
  • If the network is slow or the backend is still processing, a lightweight progress indicator is shown so you don’t think the button is dead and click it repeatedly.

Bell badge & project panel

  • Top bell: shows the outstanding message count in real time, with a clear red dot / number for important items.
  • Project detail page: the previous popup-style notification is replaced by an inline floating panel—you can close it or keep browsing the project anytime, without being forced to break your flow.

FAQ

  • Are there sounds or desktop notifications for new messages?
Desktop notification toggles and channels follow the in-product Message Center settings.
  • Can I bulk-mark as read?
Whether a “Mark all as read” button exists follows the current product version.
  • How long is message history kept?
The retention window follows the in-product description.
  • Can I filter by type? Yes—the left categories filter by type, while the right list still groups by date.
