General Problem Solving Process
Standard Process When Encountering Problems
Step 1: Understand the Problem- Copy out error messages
- Ask AI: “What does this mean, where might the problem be”
- Don’t let AI change randomly as soon as you see an error
- Click “Fix” button
- Let system auto-repair common problems
- Fix feature is completely free, doesn’t consume credits
- If fix is ineffective, use “consult mode”
- Discuss possible solutions with AI
- Execute after confirming approach
- If problem is complex, rollback to previous normal version
- Rethink and repair again
- Avoid falling into error loop
- Check if network connection is normal
- Clear browser cache
- Try using different browsers
💡 Tip: Understand the problem before repairing, don’t modify blindly. Fix feature is free, try fix first when encountering problems. Most problems can be solved through fix feature, consult mode, version rollback and clearing cache.
System Exception Handling
Exceptions During Generation
Symptoms:- Network exception prompts appear during generation
- Tasks remain in processing state
- Dialog gets stuck and cannot continue
- Wait for completion: If exceptions occur during generation, you can ignore them first and wait for generation to complete
- Check status: After generation completes, check if the project is normal
- Use Fix: If there are still problems after generation completes, click the Fix button to let the system automatically repair
- Regenerate: If Fix is ineffective, you can rollback the version or regenerate
💡 Tip: Exception prompts during generation may be temporary. It is recommended to wait for generation to complete before judging whether processing is needed.
Network Exception After Fix
Symptoms:- Network exception prompts appear after using the Fix feature
- System cannot run normally
- Refresh page: Refresh the browser page to clear possible cache issues
- Re-fix: After refreshing, click the Fix button below the dialog box again to let the system automatically repair
- Wait for recovery: After Fix, the system will automatically recover, please wait a moment
- Check status: Check if the project has returned to normal
💡 Tip: Network exceptions after Fix are usually temporary. Refreshing the page and re-fixing usually solves the problem.
Data Loss Recovery Process
Symptoms:- After service shutdown, login reveals empty project content
- Data is cleared and cannot be used
- Top up Credits: Top up Credits in the Account Information page
- Automatic recovery: After topping up, the system will automatically restore services and data
- Manual recovery: If it still hasn’t recovered after topping up:
- Click the Fix button
- Go to Operations → Publish, click Update to republish the project
- Regularly check Credits balance
- Pay attention to insufficient Credits reminders
- Important projects are recommended to be backed up regularly
⚠️ Note: After service shutdown, some data may be cleared. It is recommended to maintain sufficient Credits balance to avoid unexpected service shutdowns.
