Preview Keeps Loading or Cannot Display

Symptoms:
  • Preview window keeps spinning, unable to load
  • Right side cannot display during style selection phase
  • Preview cannot open but published link can be accessed normally
Solutions:
  1. Refresh Page: Clear browser cache, refresh entire page (not refresh within page)
  2. Switch Network: May be network environment issue, try switching network
  3. Open in New Page: Try opening preview link in new page
  4. Check PWA: If it’s an old project, may be PWA issue
    • First use “consult mode” to ask: “My preview window cannot display, is it a PWA issue?”
    • If confirmed to be PWA issue, then input “Remove PWA support” in dialog
  5. Network Test: Visit https://net-test.superun.app/ to test network connection
  6. Wait for Processing: If system is processing tasks, wait for task completion before viewing preview
Steps: 
1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete to clear browser cache
2. Close browser and reopen project
3. If still not working, try switching network environment
4. Test by opening preview link in new page
5. If it's an old project, first consult to confirm if it's PWA issue, then decide whether to remove PWA support
