Network Exception Prompt

Symptoms:
  • “Network exception” prompt frequently appears
  • Task stuck in “Reading console logs” process
Solutions:
  1. Wait for Processing: May be too many requests, wait a bit and it will be fine
  2. Check Network: Visit https://net-test.superun.app/ to test network connection
  3. Switch Network: Try switching network environment (e.g., use phone hotspot)
  4. Refresh Page: Refresh page and retry
  5. Clear Cache: Clear browser cache and retry
Steps:
1. Wait 1-2 minutes, see if it recovers automatically
2. Test network connection
3. If still not working, switch network environment
4. Clear cache and retry
