DingTalk plugin

The DingTalk plugin connects DingTalk accounts, org collaboration, and knowledge-base documents to your superun product. It fits internal systems that need unified enterprise login, member checks, and team document workflows.

Capabilities

Before you start

  • Admin access to the DingTalk Open Platform.
  • An internal enterprise app with Client ID and Client Secret.
  • A published superun project domain for login callback URLs.
  • Open the permissions you need on the open platform and publish the app.

After creating an internal app on the DingTalk Open Platform, enable permissions by goal — you do not need everything at once.

App visibility

  • Debug: Limit visibility to the dev team or test dept to avoid org-wide impact.
  • Production: Set to departments, members, or all employees who will use the product.
  • Document write: Visibility must cover the authorizing user; target wikis need view/edit for that user.
DingTalk permissions often need admin approval and a published app on the open platform. Saving permissions without publishing can still show insufficient permission in superun.

Enable in superun

1

Create an internal enterprise app

Open the DingTalk Open Platform, go to internal development, create an app, and complete basic info.
2

Enable the DingTalk plugin

In Build → Skill Library, enable the DingTalk plugin and enter Client ID, Client Secret, and other credentials.
3

Choose capabilities

For login only, finish callback and member checks first; for wiki docs, also enable DingTalk document write.
4

Publish and test

Publish the app on the open platform, then test login, enterprise checks, or document write in your product.

DingTalk document write

Create wiki documents, write content, update docs, and archive collaboratively.
