It represents the platform when communicating with you. Think of it as an always-on **product advisor + usage helper** — when you ask questions, it answers; when the system senses you may need help, it can appear proactively with tips and suggestions. Su Xiaoqiang is not a real person. It is a unified **official identity**. Consultation replies, usage help, and system tips all speak in a consistent voice through Su Xiaoqiang. *** ## What Su Xiaoqiang can help with ### Product advisor In **consultation mode**, Su Xiaoqiang can discuss: * Product ideas and requirements * Feature planning and usage tips * How-to guidance and troubleshooting * What to do next Consultation mode is **for discussion only** and does not modify your project directly.
