# Digital Employee

> Add digital employees that can handle everyday business workflows in your product.

# Digital Employee

Digital Employee adds an assistant that can handle everyday office and business workflows. It supports personal work memory, office-file handling, skill extensions, and enterprise IM channels across Web, Feishu, DingTalk, and WeCom. It fits daily reports, document drafting, internal Q\&A, collaboration, and task follow-up.

***

## What it can do

* Keep an independent long-term work memory for each employee.
* Read and generate Excel, Word, PPT, and PDF files.
* Extend capabilities by role or team through skills.
* Connect Feishu, DingTalk, and WeCom IM channels.
* Keep context by chat thread to reduce cross-session mix-ups.

<Note>
  Cloud computing, file handling, and IM channels are prepared by superun as needed. You usually do not need to manage these dependencies yourself.
