# superun Desktop App

> Download and use the superun desktop app, including Programmer Mode, voice chat, and parallel background projects.

The superun desktop app is designed for longer creation sessions, working across multiple projects, and users who want more technical development capabilities. It uses the same superun account and project data as the web version.

## Download and install

Visit the [superun desktop download page](https://superun-desktop.superun.yun) and choose your operating system:

* **macOS**: supports Apple silicon and Intel-based Macs. Download the version that matches your Mac.
* **Windows**: supports 64-bit Windows 10 and Windows 11.

## Main capabilities

### Programmer Mode

Programmer Mode provides a more direct development workflow for users familiar with code and technical development. Choose between the standard creation workflow and Programmer Mode based on the task.

### Voice chat

Voice input is upgraded to a continuous chat experience. You can describe, expand, and organize requirements naturally without typing long messages.

Start with the goal, then add page, feature, data, and interaction requirements in separate points. Confirm the requirements before execution to reduce misunderstandings and rework.

### Parallel projects in the background

The desktop app can process multiple projects in parallel. When you switch projects, running tasks can continue in the background.

Use the task list to check the status of each project. For easier verification, keep each project task clear and independent.

## When a task stops making progress

If a task shows no progress for a long time:

1. Do not repeatedly submit the same task.
2. Record the project link, conversation link, and approximate start time.
3. Capture a screenshot or screen recording of the current state.
4. Contact superun customer support for help.
